- 1 16oz package Knocean Lobster Stock (Fond De Homard)
- 1 package Knocean TCKL Raw Lobster Meat (Thaw under cold water for 5 minutes prior to use)
- 3/4 lbs Fresh Clams
- 1/2 lbs Fresh Mussels
- 1/2 lbs Fresh fish (halibut, salmon, hake, cod and/or seabass)
- 1 cup Tomatoes, canned, diced with juice
- 3/4 cup Fennel, sliced
- 1/2 cup Onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Basil, dried
- 1/2 Tbsp Thyme, dried
- 1/2 Tbsp Oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Chili Flakes
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Heat a medium/large sauce pot to medium heat.
Step 2
Add olive oil, fennel & onion and saute until onions are translucent (about 4-5 minutes)
Step 3
Add garlic & chili flakes and continue to saute for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add Lobster Stock, white wine, tomatoes, basil, thyme & oregano and bring to a boil
Step 5
Add clams & mussels, cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 6
Add olive oil, fennel & onion and saute until onions are translucent (about 4-5 minutes)
Step 7
Add lobster meat, and cook for an additional 2 minutes
Step 8
Add chopped chives, season to taste with salt & pepper
Step 9
Serve immediately
