You'll Need: Makes 4: 1/2 cup Purely Mix; 1 egg; 2 tbsp oil (Any kind!); 2 tbsp water. 3 Inch Pancakes: 1. Gently whisk together egg, oil & water. 2. Fold in mix until combined. Don't over-mix - lumps are okay! 3. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Alternative Prep: Make It Vegan: Replace 1 egg with 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas. Waffles: Follow pancake steps 1-2 & cook according to waffle iron instructions.
